  10. Possible 48 hours community service;

  11. 1-year ignitions interlock device on vehicle.

Some of the penalties for a second offense may include:

  1. 2 years to 1 year in jail;

  2. $ 500 to $ 1,000 maximum fine;

  3. $ 100 license fee;

  4. probation with $ 150 fee;

  5. Crime laboratory and community fees;

  6. Mandatory DUI school and alcohol screening and counseling (plus fees);

  7. Attend Victim’s Impact Panel;

  8. Mandatory 48 hours Community Service.

Some of the penalties for a third offense may include:

  1. 1 year imprisonment;

  2. $ 750 to $ 1,000 maximum fine;

  3. probation with $ 150 fee;

  4. Crime laboratory and community fees;

  5. 1 to 10 years loss of license;

  6. Mandatory DUI school and alcohol screening and counseling (plus fees);

  7. Attend Victim’s Impact Panel;

  8. Mandatory 48 hours Community Service.
